Jano sales are final. Jano does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, preference changes, or delayed decisions after purchase.
Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If applicable law requires a remedy, Jano will follow that requirement.
Jano Error or Fulfillment Issue
If Jano confirms that the wrong item was provided, the order could not be fulfilled after approved payment, or a verified operational error occurred, Jano may offer an appropriate remedy. Depending on the situation and applicable law, the remedy may be correction, replacement, store credit, or refund where required.
Reporting Issues
Any issue with a delivered or picked-up order should be reported through Jano's official support channel as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours, with the order reference and clear evidence.
Condition of Items
Any item reviewed for a possible exception must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the condition received unless the issue itself makes that impossible.
Manual Payment Review
Rejected or unverifiable manual payment submissions do not create a fulfilled sale. If no confirmed payment is found, Jano may cancel the order without dispatch.
