Agreement
By using jano.nardian.app, signing in, adding products to cart, placing an order, or submitting payment details, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order through Jano.
Store Model
Jano is a single-business clothing storefront. Products are sold by Jano, not by independent marketplace sellers.
Accounts
Customer accounts use supported third-party sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for making sure the account information you provide to Jano is accurate.
Product Information
Jano aims to show accurate product descriptions, sizes, colors, fabric notes, images, prices, taxes, availability, and discounts. Minor differences can occur due to screen settings, photography, production batches, or manual entry. If a material error affects your order, Jano may contact you before fulfillment.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee fulfillment. Orders are reviewed for stock, payment status, delivery details, and operational availability. Jano may cancel orders that cannot be verified, cannot be fulfilled, appear fraudulent, or violate these terms.
Pricing
Prices are shown in Ethiopian Birr. Product prices shown to customers may include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees and discounts are shown during checkout before you confirm the order.
Manual Payment
Jano currently supports manual Telebirr and CBE transfer review. You must transfer the correct total amount to the payment details shown at checkout and submit an accurate transaction reference. False, reused, incomplete, or unverifiable references may delay, reject, or cancel the order.
Delivery and Pickup
Delivery is initially focused on Addis Ababa. You are responsible for providing reachable contact details and an accurate delivery area. Pickup orders must be collected from the stated pickup point when available.
No Misuse
You may not abuse the storefront, submit false payment information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, copy protected content without permission, or use Jano for unlawful activity.
Future Features
Premium passes, dressing-room features, notifications, or other services may have additional terms when they become active. Those terms will apply only when the feature is available and you choose to use it.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Jano is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the storefront, delays, third-party services, connectivity issues, or inaccurate information you provide.
Changes
Jano may update these terms as the service changes. The latest published version applies to orders placed after publication.
